Getting started with Palworld is a breeze for newcomers. Just copy your Palworld’s connection address into the Multiplayer Join connection bar and you will join your server! Our support team is readily available to assist with any queries you may have.

Currently, only users who purchase the game via Steam can play on dedicated servers. If you have Game Pass on Xbox or PC you can currently only play co-op or multiplayer on official servers.
Our servers provide 1 complimentary backup slot to store a snapshot of your server game. These backups are kept off-site to ensure that even in the case of a major issue at our datacenter, your saved game can still be restored.
Our Game Servers have a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 7 days and receive a full refund. You must request this within the first month of service for a full refund. Services that have been in use for 1 month or have renewed are not eligible for a refund.
Since Palworld is in Early Access this information may change, however we suggest:
6GB – 10GB: Groups of 6 or less
10-14GB: Groups of 10 or more
16GB: Groups of 15 or more
You can upgrade/downgrade your server at any time. For upgrades past 12GB RAM please contact our support team.
