Depending on where you and your friends are playing from, select a location that is best for you. You can easily check your ping before buying to see the ping time of the connection from your location.

I'm new to Enshrouded hosting. Is this easy to set up?

Getting started with Enshrouded is a breeze for new survivors. Once you set a server name, you can search for your server in the in-game filter. Our support team is readily available to assist with any queries you may have. Or you can read our wiki article on how to setup an Enshrouded server.

Can I play my single player character in a multiplayer game?

Yes! The character saves are automatically transferred. You can bring any character you create into a single player game or multiplayer game and switch back and forth easily. Your character level and items will transfer with you automatically.

What is a backup slot and why do I need one?

Our servers provide 1 complimentary backup slot to store a snapshot of your saved game. These backups are kept off-site to ensure that even in the case of a major issue at our datacenter, your saved game can still be restored.

What is your refund policy?

Our Game Servers have a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 7 days and receive a full refund. You must request this within the first month of service for a full refund. Services that have been in use for 1 month or have renewed are not eligible for a refund.

How many people can I host on my server?

EVLBOX doesn’t sell servers by the slot count, and instead we sell by CPU and Memory resources. For 16 players we suggest 4 CPU cores and 12GB of RAM. Use less for smaller games. You can upgrade/downgrade at any time!

Can I host my own Enshrouded Server?

It is possible to host your own Enshrouded Server, and the Official FAQ has all the information you need to get started. Hosting servers on your home network is not advised due to potential security concerns. For the best experience, we recommend using a professional game server host.
