Depending on where you and your friends are playing from, select a location that is best for you. You can easily check your ping before buying to see the ping time of the connection from your location.

I'm new to Satisfactory hosting. Is this easy to set up?

Getting started with Satisfactory is a breeze for newcomers. Just direct the in-game server manager to your new server’s IP address and you’ll be prompted to set it up. Our support team is readily available to assist with any queries you may have.

How much RAM and CPU do I need for a Satisfactory Server?

We reccomend 10GB of RAM and 2 CPU cores for groups of four to six. Any higher player counts then that may require additional RAM and CPU. After ordering your server, you can upgrade your CPU and RAM at any time, even for just a few hours if you like.

Can I copy my single player save onto a Satisfactory Server?

Yes, the saves are interchangeable. You can download them and play them single player from our Nitro Panel file manager. Saves are typically stored in: .config/Epic /FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames . Check out our step-by-step guide

How does the save game backup system work?

We provide you with 12 backup slots, and automatically take a save-game backup of your server every 2 hours, while the server is running. If the server is stopped, no backups are taken. Files are stored at our off-site cloud backup location. Rest assured if your server suffers from a system failure, we will be able to still access your save files.

What is your refund policy?

Our Game Servers have a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 7 days and receive a full refund. You must request this within the first month of service for a full refund. Services that have been in use for 1 month or have renewed are not eligible for a refund.

Can I host my own Satisfactory Server?

It is possible to host your own Satisfactory Server, and the Official Wiki has all the information you need to get started. Hosting servers on your home network is not advised due to potential security concerns. For the best experience, we recommend using a professional game server host.
