We’ll hook your server up to our popular Nitro Panel (based on Pterodactly but with many unique features!) and you’ll be able to create game servers, discord bots, and other utilities.

We take care of setting up MySQL, OS Security Updates, Nginx Reverse Proxy configuration (for dynmap, minio etc).

Due to the nature and lease of Dedicated hardware, refunds are not permitted and there are no exceptions to this rule.

If you’d like to trial our Nitro Managed service we suggest using our Gaming VPS plans that have a 15 day refund for any reason policy.

Yes, you may switch between Nitro Managed and Bare server. Note that any difference in costs are prorated. Customers may only switch plans a maximum of once per month due to the need to reinstall the OS at the time of switching plans.

Note that some games require you to sign in with a steam account that owns a copy of the game. We do not provide accounts for this purpose.

We will install the OS of your choosing and provide you with the IP Address and SSH credentials.

Additionally remote power control, iKVM/IPMI, remote USB (for custom OS re-installs) are all accessible to you.

At this time we do not have an OS re-installation tool, and it must be manually done. Customers are allowed 1 OS reload per month for free. Customers can also install their own OS via the IPMI/KVM interface.
