Games We Wish We Could Host: Cash Cleaner Simulator Review

Games We Wish We Could Host: Cash Cleaner Simulator Review

Having the ability to launch game servers on the fly whenever I want is super rewarding. Just spin something up, and “me and the boys” (gender neutral of course) can be in-game and laughing in just a few minutes. But sometimes, a gem comes along that isn’t multiplayer. Or even hostable at all. Cash Cleaner Simulator is one of those games.

In this first entry of “Games We Wish We Could Host,” we dive into the oddly satisfying world of (quite literally) laundering money, and dream up the absolute chaos a Co-Op version could bring.

Dirty-Money

Cash Cleaner Simulator just dropped this week, and I’m already hooked. Got blood, ink, dirt, and other questionable substances? Let’s glove up, head to the sketchiest laundry room you’ve ever seen, and dig into this oddly therapeutic sim.

What the Hell Is This Game?

There’s a light story, but the core of the game is simple: clean some dirty money.

Shady contacts ping you through a Signal-style encrypted chat, and then — via a glorified warp pipe — dump stacks of filthy currency your way. You’ll see everything from blood-splattered Euros, to bags full of shell casings and moldy singles. Some deliveries are crisp and clean, but most...aren’t.

Each client has rules: no ink, no fakes, no marked bills. Some will even accept forged notes. Your job is to sort, scan, dry, and package the bills. If you get it right, your package lights up like a neon green nuclear Skittle (lime is far superior to apple btw). Get it wrong? Red lights and regret.

The audio design and sharp visuals make it wildly satisfying. There's something weirdly zen about piling fresh from the dryer 100's and stacking them neatly in a shopping cart. You’ll be checking notes under UV lights, wrapping bundles, and turning chaos into clean profit.

Peep the screenshot. Can you spot the fake 100's?

Why We Wish We Could Host It

So why do I desperately want Cash Cleaner Simulator to be multiplayer?

Let’s start with the obvious: Multiplayer. Money laundering. Chaos. Imagine assigning roles like a heist crew:

  • Friend One handles intake and furnace (trash duty)
  • Friend Two is on the UV verification of bills
  • Friend Three operates the dryer and packaging line
  • And that one asshole 'acquaintance' from your discord (you know which one) sneaks in a few fakes to sabotage your crime-riddled reputation while you berate his ass in-call

With this, we would need a shared warehouse where we all operate like a sketchy Amazon fulfillment center. Maybe with weekly FBI raids, power outages, and client “disputes.”

Want more?

  • Competitive Mode: Companies race each other to fulfill risky orders for VIP clients (Like the ones in Squid Games!) for huge profits.
  • Co-Op Sabotage: Sneak fakes into your friends’ bins without them noticing to tank their reputation.
  • Modded Chaos: Money guns that fire coins, bleach bombs, or giant counterfeit scanners.

The vibe? Overcooked meets Breaking Bad, with a splash of PowerWash Simulator.

Look—some games just beg for multiplayer, and this is one of them.

Is It Worth Your Time?

Absolutely.

If PowerWash Simulator and House Flipper had a weird crime baby, this would be it. Cash Cleaner Simulator scratches an oddly specific itch I didn’t know I had. It’s clean, polished, and satisfying — especially if you like casual sims with just enough challenge to keep you hooked.

It’s not super hard, but the textures, animations, and audio are dialed in like crazy. And if you’re a strategy person, you'll love optimizing workflows and filtering bills like a human money sorter bot.

At the time of writing, it’s available for $13.49 on Steam for PC. No demo at the moment—but fingers crossed it returns (I definitely sunk about 15 hours into the demo before the game dropped!)

What About Games You Can Host?

If you’re itching to actually launch a game server and invite your crew, check out our recent review of Enshrouded — a survival sandbox that is multiplayer and fully hostable through EVLBOX. Whether you’re building villages, exploring with friends, or going full PvP, it’s everything Cash Cleaner Simulator isn’t (yet).

If Cash Cleaner ever gets Co-op and a dedicated server mode (one can dream), we’ll be on the front lines, working to provide the best options! In the meantime, we’ll be here hosting our current favorite games that let you build, explore, and wreak havoc with friends.
