Enshrouded is a game of survival, crafting and Action RPG combat, set within a sprawling voxel-based continent. As you journey across the mountains and deserts of an open world, you are free to choose your path and shape your destiny. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Getting started with Enshrouded is a breeze for new survivors. Once you set a server name, you can search for your server in the in-game filter. Our support team is readily available to assist with any queries you may have.

Yes the character saves are automatically transferred. You can bring any character you create into a single player game or multiplayer game and switch back and forth easily. Your character level and items will transfer with you automatically. 

Our servers provide 1 complimentary backup slot to store a snapshot of your saved game. These backups are kept off-site to ensure that even in the case of a major issue at our datacenter, your saved game can still be restored.

Our Game Servers have a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 7 days and receive a full refund. You must request this within the first month of service for a full refund. Services that have been in use for 1 month or have renewed are not eligible for a refund.

EVLBOX doesn’t sell servers by the slot count, and instead we sell by CPU and Memory resources. For 16 players we suggest 4 CPU cores and 12GB of RAM. Use less for smaller games.

Hosting servers on your home network is not advised due to potential security concerns. For the best experience, we recommend using a professional game server host.
