Frequently Asked Questions
As a beginner it is very easy to get started with Satisfactory. Simply point the in-game server manager to your new server IP address and you are prompted to configure the server. Our help team is always available to answer any questions you may have.
Yes the saves are interchangeable. You can download them and play them single player as well. From our Nitro Panel file manager saves are stored in: .config/Epic /FactoryGame/Saved/SaveGames
Servers include 3 free backup slots. These slots hold a snapshot of your save game. For extra redundancy we keep these backups off-site so in the event of any catastrophic failure at our datacenter we are still able to recover your save game.
Our Game Servers have a 15 day refund policy. If are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 15 days and receive a full refund. You must request this within the first month of service for a full refund.
Yes you can! It can take up to five minutes to switch as your server has to re-install the core game files.
Simply open Nitro Panel to the startup settings. In the Beta ID field enter “Experimental” then restart your server.
