Choose the right plan for your gaming session. This may be based on the number of players joining your server or the amount of resources the game and you will need.

Depending on where you and your friends are playing from, select a location that is best for you. You can easily check your ping before buying to see the ping time of the connection from your location.

Choose to pay monthly, or receive a discount on quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly payment plans

Review the options for Port, Memory and CPU Cores and select different options to customize the server for your gaming experience. Lots of friends joining you? You may want to increase the RAM accordingly.

I'm new to Factorio hosting. Is this easy to set up?

As a beginner there is a short learning curve. Simply click Multiplayer in Factorio, choose direct connect and enter your new server IP address and port. To make yourself an admin type /promote username into the nitro console. Our help team is always available to answer any questions you may have.

How can I connect a Factorio Server to my Nintendo Switch?

First, make sure you have a Nintendo Switch Online membership. That will open up the Multiplayer “Connect to Address” option. Simply enter your EVLBOX server IP and port in the format xx.xx.xx.xx:1234 and you will be able to join!

What is a backup slot and why do I need one?

Our servers provide 3 complimentary backup slot to store a snapshot of your saved game. These backups are kept off-site to ensure that even in the case of a major issue at our datacenter, your saved game can still be restored.

What is your refund policy?

Our Game Servers have a 7 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 7 days and receive a full refund. You must request this within the first month of service for a full refund. Services that have been in use for 1 month or have renewed are not eligible for a refund.

Can I use your service for crossplay?

Yes you can! Just make sure that all players have the same version of Factorio. Typically the Nintendo Switch version of Factorio is one version behind the PC version. PC players can downgrade to an older version via the steam betas functionality. Note that our servers support Factorio mods, but mods will not work on Factorio.
